When a supplier makes any
significant change to all or part of a product range, this normally
requires a swift changeover in stores. To ensure the smooth implementation,
we become involved in the project, form pre planning up to completion,
and will help and advise during every step of the way. No job is undertaken
without pre-planning, no matter how small or large. |
| |
|
| |
Once the pre planning has been completed
and the required time for each store is known, we schedule the appropriate
number of teams required to complete the project within the time scale
i.e. over 4 weeks, 2 weeks or 5 days, and whether the job requires
a day or night crew. |

Quality Issue Management
Health & Safety or Trading Standards issues are dealt
with quickly and efficiently, from re-labelling incorrect bar codes
to uplifting faulty products when in-store remedial action in not
possible. |
| |
|
|
| |
|
Example of a safety issue where due
to a manufacturing error an unknown quantity of faulty products had
been supplied. Both remedial work in-store and product uplift was
necessary. |
